Sept. 20- 5 mi. from Newton, Tex. Our last problem was finished Friday
about noon. We drove fifty miles and camped here- the last day was a
beaut. -Drove all nite and attacked in the morning without breakfast- we
got lunch about two in the afternoon and was tired,
hungry, and dirty- Spent Friday
afternoon and Saturday morning
cleaning tank at 11 oclock was
finished and took all my clothes and
self and put them in creek. On the
way in we passed Bills company on
the road and there he was sitting on
the truck reading a paper- I waved to
him.
This was last camp on Manuever
Lohmueller and I take time out to catch up
on our Corres produce.
