In A Sand Storm

Dze 5. Have gone to school the last few
days learning about a new tank. May get
to drive it this coming week.

Dze. 15. Just had to take time out to
chase a pack rat. Every once in a
while we have one come in to visit.
They look like a rabbit with a long tail.

Dze 5. Was on a problem
for two days. I had one
of the majors riding with
me- the colonel was not
in the mood.

Dze. 19- was called to division
headquarters yesterday and may go to
Fort Knox Tank Mechanic School. The
course lasts ten weeks and I may get a
furlough from there.
