Sept. 8- 6 mi. out of De Ridder, La.
Just finished a three-day problem last nite at 5 p.m. and by 7
had to go thirty miles to set up camp in this place. We had
gone all over this country and was just ready to attack when it
was over- we had them on the run at the time.
Had no lunch Monday but got supper about 1 a.m TuesdayThen slept like a log with my shoes off for the first time in three
